The point of this post is to lighten the mood from the violent videos I usually post and to make you laugh.•WARNING! SOME VIEWERS MAY FIND THE VIDEO DISTURBING• • Means-Intent [also referred to as jeopardy] -Opportunity are the (3) major elements used to determine when deadly force is justified (preclusion may also be a factor depending on your local laws).• • Although the individuals did not have an altercation over their argument, it would appear [on paper] that the main protagonist would have justifiable means to use deadly force based on the (3) element model above.• • Use of deadly force situations are not always clear cut and may occur with a degree of grey based on the circumstances.
